Leadership Verses From the Gospels
"Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if one blind person guides another, both will fall into a pit.

Blessed is that slave whom his master will find at work when he arrives. Truly I tell you, he will put that one in charge of all his possessions.
So Jesus called them and said to them, You know that among the Gentiles those whom they recognize as their rulers lord it over them, and their great ones are tyrants over them. But not so with you; rather the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like one who serves.

For I have set you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you."
He also told them a parable: “Can a blind person guide a blind person? Will not both fall into a pit?"
A dispute also arose among them as to which one of them was to be regarded as the greatest. But he said to them, "The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those in authority over them are called benefactors. But not so with you; rather the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like one who serves."
