Quotations from The Notebook
The Notebook is a romantic drama film about two young people who fall in love but must lead their separate lives. The film follows the life of Duke, a man currently in a nursing home helping out a sick resident who has Alzheimer's disease. Most of the movie is shown as a flashback to Duke's early life when he first met the woman and how they fall in love only to be reconnected later in life, believing that they are soul mates. The flashbacks take place from Duke reading a notebook which is a journal taken during their entire lives together. Directed by Nick Cassavetes.
