The Grudge is a mystery horror film about an American exchange student living in Tokyo who becomes cursed. After the person wrecks havok on those around them, the curse kills the person and moves onto another victim. The film follows the life of Karen Davis, an exchange student living in Tokyo working as a caregiver for a social studies credit. Of course, along the way she comes in contact with the creature and she survives. Or does she? Directed by Takashi Shimizu.
