You Don't, But I Do
You don't see it
But I do
The scars you've left
Behind
From all the pressure and pain
You've put me through
Little reminders
Of what you all have meant
To me
All you people do
Is force me to do
What I don't want to
I keep screaming "NO, NO, Stop!"
Inside my head
And
You don't hear it
But I do
Me begging
Down on my knees
Like some stray dog
Who wants some food
Yelping from the
Cruel kicks
Bleeding through it all
Dying dirty place
Mind racing
Eyes watering
Producing
Those many tears... and
You don't feel them
But I do.
