This Nothing

Drowning in a deep sea of my pain
Swallowed up in the dark silence
The black ink spreads on the paper
It's temporary relief
From this never-ending hole of misery
My island of false hope
No longer, I pray
No longer do I sing
Except the single notes
Drenched in my agony
I am like a sponge
Soaking up the sadness
There is no color in this place
But the sorrow I bleed
Screaming so piercingly
I hate
I LOATHE
This nothing I have become
