Suffer and Die

beep.....beep.....beep
slowly dying
family crying
fighting to survive
but barely alive
your mother has hope
while your father tries to cope
you're living on the respirator
day after and day after
why do they let you suffer?
and they claim to love her
can't they see?
letting go is the key
these people are blind
they're living a lie
before they pull the plug
they give her one last hug
beep....beep.............
they cry as they realise
that they let her suffer and die
