She

She said she needed her space
She said she needed time away
She let him crawl inside her head
And she believed everything he said

She believed all of his filthy lies
She now seems to see him guilty inside
She claims to be sick of his selfish ways
Tired of how he begins to treat me every day

Yet she don’t even come talk to me anymore
All she left was memories from weeks before
This is everything that I am really truly fed
She said this’ she said that’ this is all in my head

I agree with Darkness on all points, but I do have to say that I really really liked the last line of the poem, great poem in all, and great ending!!

In general, I do not care for poetry within this subject, however, all things considered, it is not bad. And I can understand completely(Trust me). Pretty good actually. Just depressing, old memories die hard, huh? Vote up.

Good poem, i've seen many women who fall victim to this. Including my ex.
