hopes in vain

I wished there was a world for us where ev'ryone's the same
I wished there was a place for us where no one feels ashamed
I wished we could be equal there, no difference at all
Life is not a game, you know, we shouldn't act like doll.

Loneliness is wiped away, I wished we could be happy
All together, in a body, hearts should not stay chappy
I don't want stay on my own with hating souls around
I hoped there's a place outside that's waiting to be found

A kinder place so full of joy and beautiful to see
Cos in this world I'm living in no longer want to be
Arms and tanks and wars and death destroy the normal life
Beings suffer, hate and cry, it makes them others hive.

Dying people all around an orphaned child does scream
An end of this without a fight, not possible it seem
Hunger, pain, not easing distress, people want to die
I wonder now what should I do I just can't say don't cry.

Promises by all these celebs don't help those who hunger
'Give them money, give them shoes' you told us when we're younger
Still the children die out there or bear inhuman torment
While our world in quiet rests and just on dosh does bent.

Please save the world and stop this cruel wicked way of living
Throwing words and phrases, man, it's easier trying giving
Redemptive peace won't come to us while we still just want win
The lovely place we're wishing for as far as never been.
