Healed

The bleeding lips are mended.
This burning world has ended.
The core becomes the crust.
Dead skin becoming dust.

There was no bandage for death.
No more time to catch thier breath.
There was nothing more to heal.
No more dreams for them to steal.

The scarlet skys are turning blue.
The ended quest for something new.
Through the ashes grown by seed.
No one left to destroy the weed.

Nothing left to feel the breeze,
Nothing left to hear the trees.
No one left to destroy the sun.
No one left to see what it's become.

Yeah, I'm with Silent on this...it is nice and dark.
I see your mind wanders in the same places as mine.

"No one left to destroy the weed."
(Now that would be a shame!)
