Black and Blue

I wish i could fly
just wanna spread my wings and touch the sky
I wish i was free
I wanna be the person you couldn't see
But every time i see the look in your eyes
it fills me with self-doubt and makes me question why
you left me in the corner
crying my heart out
I'm black and blue all over
and no one ever doubts
the lies i tell for every bruise
and whether you win or not
