Short but it says a lot! Sometimes the short ones are more difficult as you have to be extremely selective of your words to create the desired impact. Perhaps you should add a title. (Coping / Withdrawn / Interiorising - a few suggestions

I've thought of tons of titles, but I just find some of them ruin it. I like Coping though, that's good.
