my mom always said stand up for yourself
so why cant I?
my dad said if someone messes with you beat them up
but i cant go with that

i cant listen to them anymore
cause i know where their advice brings you
i can listen to them at times
but if i always do, i have no mind

when i disobey them in the slightest way they get mad
when they do something stupid its okay?
thats not fair, but of course
they dont want me to be like them
divorced and a person who takes care of everyone
