Troubled Thoughts

i feel so trapped in my mind
just one thought
i cant even find
way too much runs through my head
to tired to even try to find out
whats really in there
i do wish to now sometimes
but i really dont care
who knows if i think of you or not
who knows if im not ok
who knows if i love you or i just like you alot
it confuses me
i get so lost
my head turned upside down
all feelings being tossed
so tonight im going to pray
for someone to come
and take these troubled thoughts away
