This World

In this world, there is to much hate and despair,
There are so many people who do not care,
For a friend or a stranger who receive the awkward stares,.
This world just needs a heart to share,
This world needs to love.

In this world, The hearts are cold,
They do not see how much there is to behold,
Or how many things there are to see, before we get old,
So we just cower in fear, when we are given the chance to be bold,
When we know that there is something wrong.

In this world, there are ridiculous wars,
Which are meaningless until someone bears the scars,
Until a loved one’s life becomes unbelievably hard,
Until there is so much drama the world could explode.

So now we, in this world need to open our eyes and see,
How, what, and the most that we can be.
We just don’t see, that from this hate, we could be free.
If we just tell this world, “Let me be me!”
