stories in the steel
staring at the side of this reflective surface
recalling the times iv had to make an offer
crimson threads across my skin to please you
my friend my saviour my god my forbiddin lover
watching the bad times in my life unfold on your face
your shining side so comforting
that cool sharp little flash
then relief like unleashing the ocean from my soul
i think i need more
i can hear you tearing through my skin
im shuddering at this weight unloading
oh yea it stings but this blood does taste good
like salty rusting copper
my friend hold on to one more memory for me
for the time being
ill be back to see you soon though
