parental let down

I’m very disappointed in you young lady
I’ve never been so embarrassed
Called out of dinner
To come collect you
And clear up your mess

You can’t even defend yourself
You can’t even stand
You just don’t know when to stop
You’re driving me round the bend
You just don’t get it do you

And you young man
Don’t you dare laugh
You meant to take care of her
And you end up egging her on
Since when was I the parent and you the teenagers?
