i looked into her eyes
dark, blind,
empty behind the lenses
she had pictured suicide as a final statement, a fuck you to the people
who hadnt understood how hard it was for her to be the ashley they wanted her to be
she'd somehow thought that if she killed herself she'd be able to find the peace in death that she was denied on earth
watch everyone elses reaction
that shed get the last laugh
--- dead was dead
you didnt get a second chance
it would always have the upper hand
she ripped the plastic bag open
to her final way out
shoved five in her mouth...
Swallow she told herself
out they went...
flushed before she could think twice...
she save herself
shes alive...
