The sky slowly darkens,
The wind blows as the trees sway,
The girl stares out the window
As the tears begin to fall away.
She falls to her knees,
Then slumps down to the floor
The world is too much for her
She can’t do this anymore.
Her body’s thin frame racks,
The tears drop like thunder
The sky darkens like her mood
She can’t make it any longer.
She needs her fix
She’s lost her mind
She scrambles along the floor
In search of a needle that she only wishes to find.
This is what she’s become
A girl in the form of a monster
She has nothing to depend on,
Only the supplies she gets from her dealer.
“It’s not my fault”, she reasons in her mind
“I’m not addicted,
It’s just a phase, to relieve the pain”
She doesn’t realize the pain she’s inflicted.
Long hours of pain and terror come to pass
She lays paralyzed on the floor
She found the needle, riddled with disease and infection
She’ll finally leave this world, of which she can take no more.
Fate took her in its hands
After all the pain the world inflicted upon her,
She finally screwed up, got caught up in the excitement
In the end, her addiction got her.

Really, WHAT inspired you to write this?
What ever it is, it's amazing, Kenz, just like everything you do
But drugs? Seriously?!
