Endless night

Sitting here on a warm day looking
at the stars, thinking that you were
here lying down next to me on the
sandy beach gazing at the stars.
We saw a shooting star and we both
looked at each other and stared at
each other eyes and made a wish
then we touched lips to lips and smiled
we both knew what we wished for
the night will never end . Then I got
up to start to walk to the water and
heard a sweet voice yelling babe, babe I turned
and saw you running toward me with
arms open . While you were holding
me I started to laugh and said my wish came true.
You were here in my arms
and we both stared at the stars and
saw the shooting star and made a wish.
I know my wish came true; you were here in my arms.
We started to walk by the water holding hands,
in my head I thought that I didn't want the night to end.
