Searching

Someday I will find you,
No matter how far,
Through the morning dew,
Or following stars,
I will not cease,
My everlasting quest,
Never to have peace,
Never fully at rest,
On this journey alone,
From morning till night,
Seeking my home,
Darkness needs a light,
Wherever you are,
Stay there a while,
As I feel from afar,
Your life giving smile,
I feel like I'm lacking,
Incomplete as I wait,
But I'll never stop tracking,
For my true soul mate.
