Our Story

I remember the first time i saw your face,
you were jumping around all over the place,
like a crazy man but all the while,
you made me laugh and you made me smile,

you couldn't have me then because i wasn't free,
but i never thought you'd be interested in me,
i couldn't stop thinking how you made me smile,
i hadn't felt this way for a long while.

A little while later we met again,
i still think now it was a god send,
this time around i was here to stay,
there was no way you were getting away,

we talked for hours all night and day,
you listened to every word i had to say,
i couldn't believe this could be true,
i had met someone as amazing as you,

i had so much doubt that you didnt want me,
for some silly reason i just couldnt see,
that you felt for me the way i felt you,
there had to be something someone could do,

then it happened on the night of my birth day,
i stared at you all night didnt know what to say,
when we were alone you looked in my eyes,
you kissed me softly and i reached the skys,

since that day ive been so happy,
i know this all must seem really sappy,
good job i dont want this to sell,
but our story i just wanted to tell.
