My Thoughts

I can’t help but feeling afraid sometimes
In my heart I know you love me
I know I love you too
I know you will do anything for me, As I for you
But the fear creeps in my mind
It sits and ages with time
I try to remind myself that you are one of a kind
I constantly repeat to myself that you are mines and only mines
I know what we have is unique
I knew you was the one when instantly you swept me off my feet
I just been hurt so many times in the past
I have created thoughts that happiness with me just couldn’t last
But with you that fear has become nothing more than a faint memory
Just know that I love you so much
I know I do because with you is the first time I gave my all
I feel so safe, so secure with you
I just want to spend my life with you
Because the truth is I can’t live without you
Our relationship is more than a teenage fling
It is a bond created with passion and intimacy
A bond sure to last for eternity
Although thoughts will surface every now and again
Always remember you are my love and my true friend, from now until the very end….
