Long distance

this distance
its so very frustrating
it doesn't seem right...
being so far away from you.
i wait hours just to talk to you..
lord can you imagine when we meet
the way you make me smile
and even more when you make me blush
sometimes i sit alone and wish you were
along side me
wishing that i could hear you cracking a joke
or wishing to feel your warm embrace.
to sit together under the stars
pondering the future.
oh the distance
but you will see
these miles cant keep me..
