if only..

of all that might have been,
if you had said you loved me..
of all that i might have felt,
seen,
if you had showed you care..

i would say i love you too,
i would show you i care..!!

those days when you did nothing
but look at me with those eyes of yours..
those times when you said nothing,
but smile those lips of yours..

i looked back,
but how is it you did not see my love?
i smiled back,
but how is it you did not see the state of my heart?

it sure is hard,
to know you love me,
yet see you just staring into my eyes...

if only u could say it..
if only you could show it..
my life would be a lot better,
my heart would feel so much better..!

i smile back,
and i smile hard..
if only you knew
how to read minds...!!
You would realise that
something is terribly missing in my life,
and it might happen,
that it just may be you!!..
