for the first time ever i saw you cry
it was so nice to know
you have a soft side, you havnt always wanted me to die
dad i can see it in your eyes you want to change
and i hope you do
so i can finally tell you how much ive missed seeing the old you
i missed it when mom was around
and you would smile at me and say you loved me
or how you would always be there to take away the frowns
when mom left you became a hated and outraged man
i was there taking the pain you brought
trying the reach out and grab your hand
to stop you from drwoning in a world full of hate
but when i finally grabbed for you it was too late
you hated me and who knows if you still do
thats why we took you to that rehabilitation center
to get you back to the old you
the days where you worshiped our love
dad i believe you can change
i saw it in your eyes the day i got to visit you
you looked so ashamed at what you've became
but dad i forgive you for all the beating ive recieved from you
its all ok now
dad would you beleive me if i told you even when you were trying to kill me i still was loving you??
