The heart
If a muscle can constrict the iron wine
Slowly traveling in the webs of life
Gives the flesh that healthy glow
If that muscle is nothing but an organ
It bleeds in so many ways
Not of disease, not of stress
Instead it breaks in twoby betrayals
such as sadness, yearning, simply love
This muscle still beats inside, thump, thump, the heart
