The Asphalt Woman

There she is in the Hot glistening full sun
Need not concern
She is in her bask

There she is striping like it were a cane of sugar
An artist Painting like no other

There she is a Woman of many
Carrying upon more than her weight ten fold

There she is marching along with a smile
And not to mention the shards sparkling from her eyes

Again and again the hero is a Woman
Or is that the Heroine

Blessings be to her
She knows. She knows!
She knows her basket if full of fruit

Blessings be to her children
Her children are blessed with she

The Asphalt Woman
