What it is saying is that we are all capable of caring about people, hate is something we choose to do.. It is about doing the right thing.
it's like saying we are all capable of doing the right things' making the wrong choices, doing the wrong things are things we choose to do

i can honestly say that i hate no-one
i'd rather drop the burden then let them effect me so.
we can all choose not to hate
it just takes alot of pride and inner fortitude
but you'll be better for it.
