Day Of Silence

Done to honor he who died
Simply because hes different
We commemorate his life and love
By staying in the quiet
Say not a word, dont even whisper
these are this games rules
One day a year there is not to fear
We support the rainbow brigade
with this vow of silence
walk through the day without a word to say
And honor his name you shall
Shot through the head his life had just begun to start
And killed yet he was
Because hes gay we have nothing to say.
We stand together to commemorate his name
May this ritual last till many years have passed Let him go down in infamy
