Little Monster in My Head

Begone little monster that dwells in my head,
Snickering and bickering
With my wits in my head.
How do i quell this little monster in my head?
Read a book?
Play a game?
Take a drug?
No, i just stare at him till he feels scared,
And runs away.
Poor little monster in my head,
I've gone to bed,
And you're no longer in my head.
