Sixteen years
has gone by so fast
you've been my best friend
and these memories will last.

Too many times
we had laughed till we cried
I've never told you this
but when you left part of me died.

I think of you always
I miss you so bad
not being able to see you
makes me terribly sad.

even the times we fought
were so different but have so much in common
I never would have thought.
