In a year,
Will we still be friends,
Will you call me,
Will all be lost,
In a year?

In a year,
Will the music still play,
Will we sing together,
Will the musicals rein,
In a year?

How can you be sure?
You say, of course.
Will always be together,
Will always talk,
We’re friends forever right?

I’m not sure anymore.
So many things
Are different now.
We’re not so close anymore,
And that was only a year.

What about two?

Will we still be friends?
