Friend Crimes
You talk and you flirt and get along in the dirt. You roll through the years fueled from catch phrases and tears with tart tough love with no real conversations. And when it comes for you companion's alienation, you cease to entertain feelings of attachment. Become apathetic and launch detachment. You're ephemeral smile shows it's true colors. It shakes and wavers under your fake cover. You were never their friend. You were their acquaintance, you flirted with patience. You pretended to be there and heard what they wanted you to hear. Lied on a regular basis and kept switching your faces out and in from where it began. You are one of many who have unknowingly formed a clan.
