My Cutters Harp

Slicing deep into my arm
Knowing this time I won't stop
But its okay because I'm the only one causing harm
This razorblade I won't pardon to drop
Though no need to sound the cutter alarm...


Visions of rape and abuse flash before me
Don't look for a tear you'll never see
No cry for help I only wanna bleed
Don't try to save me the poisons in the seed
Just let me go on
With my secret cutter deed...

I wish I could tell you what you wanna hear
But the blood is blinding
My bloody guilt smeared
My life stuck on fast forward
And there's no point in rewinding
Because in my tapes no peace to be finding...

I watch the truth hit the floor
When the secrets I've tried so hard to keep
Welcome my past at the door
Temptation to take the final leap
Suicide chewing at my core...

Watching the world crumble under kissed metal
Though this razor always sharp
My senses seem to dull
Pull your eyes under wool
And let me keep this secret baby
So I can play my cutters harp...
