Ligature Marks
Wandering this life
A very dark stroll
Ligature marks
Upon my soul
Strangulating
By these memories of mine
Nothing is sacred
Nothing's divine
Day after day
Slowly I choke
Sullen thoughts
They do provoke
An unseen garrote
That winds and winds
An unseen cord
That binds and binds
Prolonged asphyxiation
Is taking its toll
Ligature marks
Upon my soul
