When We Fight
When we Fight
As the tear slowly drip
The pain is too much to bear
I want to touch your soft lips
But I feel you don’t care
When the times we fight
My world crashes to the ground
I want to make things right
But my heart shuts down
I pick up the phone
To make things better
But as I dial I am alone
As I wait, the butterflies begin to flutter
I hear you say, “what-sup?”
I freeze, and then hang up.
