What i can't do

I can't hold on forever,
i can't wait in the darkness
while you walk in the light.
I can't stand by while you're hurting,
i can't pretend things will be alright.

Even though giving up seems relevant,
i can't turn away.
I can't find the right time to let you know.
I can't see what's going on in my world,
let alone what's going on in yours.
I can't seem to escape the pain.

But even though i can't love you now,
i can still dream for the future.
I can except the fact that you can't let her go,
And i can except the fact that you have let me go too.
