scared,stunned,terrified
you said it every time i tried
but did you mean what you said
so many questoins in my head
you said you loved me
but what i didn't see was that you were lying through your teeth
people told me it wasn't right
i guess i just wasn't too bright
i knew you would do it
i just didn't know when
you said it would never happen
you say you don't love me
and you don't see
that even though im hurt
and im losing sleep at noght
my love for you still shines bright
like the stars we once gazed upon
just before the hurt came along
