Can you fix my heart?
That you shattered into pieces?
Can you wipe away my tears?
And help me concur my fears?
Can you say it will be okay?
But never be there for a day?
I’m sorry boy your time has expired.
I’m going to be leaving you for awhile.

What hit me while reading this was the irony of your strong decisiveness throught the poem in contradiction to 'leaving you for a while'. Perhaps your resolve is shaky (as it usually is when we say goodbye) Nice poem
