unforgettable losses

When I close my eyes
All I see is you
Remembering all the fun times we shared
And all the bad ones too

Why did you have to leave me like this?
Without saying goodbye

I miss you soo much

I wish we never would of left the party
That way you would still be here
We should have been smart and stayed home
Not spending the whole night drinking beer

All I can remember were those flashing lights
And seeing people scattered on the ground
I just caught a glimpse of you
There were paramedics all around

The colour of the pavement
Was enough to freeze you cold
The images keep flashing
Of you dying at just 18 years old

Why couldn’t it be me
Why did they have to hit the drivers side?
It’s all my fault
I’m the one that should of died

Now it’s to late to change or go back
I thank god everyday that I’m alive
So that I can help and warn you
To never drink and drive!
