Under My Mask

I am smiling,
I am laughing.
Behind my eyes,
Rain is falling.

Firm and steady,
Was my grounding,
Under work and stress,
I am drowning.

You’ll think I’m happy,
You’ll think I’m smart.
But under all that,
Broken is my heart.

This poem is really good. I have a poem that I wrote similar to that. It's similar because I wrote about how on the outside all you see is smiles laughter and joy but on the inside there is pain and sorrow. You should check out some of my poems sometime and let me know what you think. thanks =)
