Love isn't everything we need to breathe
So why does it feel like thats all I need to survive?
I just want to turn and walk away
Yet my body won't move
The truth to matter is
I want to save you
If I save you maybe you'll be everything I need
Even though I know deep down that your not what I need
Nor can you give it to me
I cry because I want so badly to be able to make you happy
And to be happy
But the truth lies where my heart can't
We will never be right

Maybe its because everything looks good from where we stand
But why should we give up who we are when we are both not what each other needs
Love isn't everything
