Sqaure one
I was sat alone in deafening silence
My teary eyes hushed. No guidance
Drawn in by the cold lonely nights
Wishing she was near. No Fights
I’d fallen like the highest leaf
Tumbling down to the deepest reef
Then you came along and grabbed my hand
Cushioning me on silk soft sand.
You reached to me, offering a shoulder
Telling me to speak, be bolder.
Every time I tried to open up
I’d stop, think, then shut!
But now I’ve left
So I think for the best
I’m back here again. Square one. Roll again
