Bad Day

He sits there
wondering and
wondering what
he did wrong
he tried to cheer her up
with a song


but...
she is still sad
and he sits there
perplexed
then she began to impend him


but... suddenly
he realized she wasn't mad
but she was downcast...

to figure out what was wrong
then she said

about her mom


she said it again clearly
this time
her mom...
had died
when she said this
tears filled her
eyes like
an aquarium
overflowing with water
she was cheerless


he attempted
to comfort her
but she was disconsolate
and depressed...
but gradually...

forget her sadness
and finally she became
filled with cheerfulness
