Painful love

Love a strong speech
Or a beautiful meaning
Something out of reach
Or something you can learn and teach

Love the most wonderful emotion
Or the most tortuous and deadly state
The one where one second is full of devotion
And the next your loosing your cherished mate

To my eyes love is pain
Love is being tortured
Love is something you can't gain
Love is something endured

Love is no fairy tale
It has no happy ending,
Love is not sweet but stale
Love is a poison that needs mending

However it's a tale i want to pursue
An ending I still want to find out,
A taste I want to make new,
A poison i want to make me shout

I want the moments of happiness
I want the moments of love and care,
That were soon replaced by sorrowfulness
And i was treated unfair

I want to be in your arms,
Even if it's just for a while
I felt out of all harms
And now it's like they just pile

Our love was every star in the sky,
Lighting up the dark shadows,
And keeping my hopes up high,
And now I'm in sorrows.

Our love was a river that always flowed,
Now it’s all dried up because of me,
Where did i go so wrong, where did this explode?
I feel so shadowed, why did you flee?

I miss you so much,
I miss having the key,
To your heart and your touch,
Why did you leave me?
