I remember when you held me close

The pain vanished when i saw your smile
Because being with you made my life worthwhile

Now I sit on a lonely park swing
I hear the echo of your voice as you sing
I see you next to me
And feel your touch as i sit on your knee

I know you hate me because I still love you
I take out your photos and flick through
I can't tell my heart to stop feeling
And I just can't seem to speed up the healing
