The Robot
All I know's
I woke right up
and everybody changed
my heart went black,
my ego flat,
my body rearanged.
A clinking, clanking
melody, played out from me
so strangely
I did the tasks,
that people asked
cuz everybody made me.
While walking in the straightest line,
an absent thought escaped my mind,
where is the thump I used to hear?
My beating drum I heard so clear?
I fear
it has jumped off my path,
I miss how to "feel"
....but will I ever get it back?
