Lips Together Bleed

eyes are closing, mind exploding, heart racing beneath my breast.
legs feel weak, lips are trembling, pains inside my chest.
tears running, violence streaming, you drive me from my mind.
world is freezing, clocks are stopping and suddenly we have so much time.
time to talk, to work things out, and time for a little space.
but mostly time for thickening love, passionate bodies touching one another, lips gliding smoothly, face to face.
dark and cold, we stay so warm. you're all i'll ever need.
bodies working, touching, kissing. lips together bleed.
inside my life, my body, soul. you take me so far away.
and when you're in and we start again, one can never stay.
slip inside and never leave. you dont understand the pain you cause.
hold me close and do whatever you want to me. because when we kiss, lip to lip, life just seems to pause.
its never been like this and i dont want you to go again. i always go back to us. always will and always do.
