I Don't Understand
I don't understand
why you had to do this.
I know we are in love,
so why is everything amiss?
I don't understand
how you can say you love me,
and still agree to do different things,
but with going out you don't agree.
I don't understand
how you can act like we are going out.
But when it comes to the title of it,
if I ask, you scream & shout.
I don't understand
how you can expect of me all the best.
If I cant have the commitment
that is craved by whats beating in my chest.
I don't understand
why I am allowed to cuddle up to you.
A Teddy Bear you still are to me.
But anyone else's you could be too.
I don't understand
how the difference can elude you.
Between you being a guy I am "borrowing"
and being MY Teddy Bear, you should have known what I would do.
I don't understand
because you know I can be better.
I'd do anything because I love you,
If you could stop my eyes from getting wetter.

thanx, actually i did ask that. he gave two answers. One is that he loves me, but not like that, also just because it was a long distance relationship the strain was killing him and he has other drama in his life he has to deal with, he doesnt want this stress too. also he said that he's got a whole team of professional psychiatrists confused, his mind is just fucked up and cant be understood. I sorta know how you feel here. I've been in this situation before...I hope things get better for you.
As for the poem...it's really good. I really like the fourth stanza, "I don't understand
how you can expect of me all the best.
If I cant have the commitment
that is craved by whats beating in my chest."
