How can I... Breathe...Live...and awake..

I can't breathe...
It's getting harder just to wake up to everyday...
I am feeling so weak...
I don't know what to say...
I feel so so tired... And so lonely...
I miss my old friends... Before haveing to move again...
I miss the ones I love... The ones I can never forget about...
The ones that keep me up... when I feel like I can't walk on my own...
The ones who love me and I love them...
How can I breathe... without my family and friends...
How can I live...
How can I awake to each day that comes....
